This was the retreat where everything clicked. I stopped calling it Yoga or Pilates and named it what it truly is: a Movement for Living Well Retreat, a practice built over 30 years around movement, connection, nourishment, environment, and rest.

This retreat was equal parts profound and playful, deep connection and stillness, balanced by giggles and laughter. A gentle reminder that growth doesn't always have to be serious.

This retreat confirmed November is a wonderful time to hold space in this part of Portugal. So many "aha" moments and memories with this wonderful group from the UK, Sweden and the USA.
