I'm exploring bringing FAMO and Anatomy Trains in Motion training to Portugal and Spain, hosted at my studio here in Lagos. Both are internationally recognised, advanced courses in fascia-focused movement, designed for qualified movement teachers looking to deepen their practice and their teaching.
