THE PHILOSOPHY

One body. One system.
Many ways of working with it.

Pilates, Yoga, breath and FAMO Fascia Movement® aren't separate disciplines here — they're different doors into the same understanding.

What is fascia?

The continuous web of connective tissue that envelops every muscle, bone, nerve and organ in the body.

For a long time, it was seen simply as packaging, the tissue you cut through to get to the muscle. We now know it is one of the most important sensory and force, transmitting structures in the body, shaping how we move, how we feel, and how we age.

Where conventional exercise isolates, FAMO integrates.

Isolated muscles
Integrated myofascial meridians
Stretching a muscle
Working the whole fascial system
Strengthening a joint
Posture, elasticity, ease as a whole
