Service Description
This 60 minute Dynamic Hatha Yoga is a well rounded Yoga practice allowing time for centring, alignment and breath practice, while also building up to flowing in movement and breath. Stephanie's classes often revolve around a theme for several weeks where students have the opportunity to build on their understanding and practice. As such Stephanie's classes are more like courses. Her classes invite you to listen to your body and also find your edge. Drop in's are welcome (space permitting) but also encouraged to attend regularly to receive the true benefit of Stephanie's teaching. Stephanie's Dynamic Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for those with an experienced practice and not complete beginners.

& Liability Waiver: If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. You understand that yoga, pilates and movement for living well is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program. You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify your teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. You accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.
