Service Description

Awaken and align your body with this deliberately fascia-focussed core strengthening class, combining Classic Joseph Pilates exercises with Slings exercises, facilitating structural balance, postural ease and movement efficiency. Everyone benefits from this type of focussed movement and it's also ideal for athletes, runners and cyclists who want to enhance performance and help stay injury free by creating space in the body. You'll leave feeling strong, relaxed and balanced. Each class is recorded and the recording (available for 7 days) is included. It is important in any movement class that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
