I started my Pilates journey in 2000, when true to Joseph H. Pilates words; ‘In ten sessions I did feel the difference.…..’.
Always an active soul, Eventing and Kick Boxing to a high level in my youth, I was aware that my ‘core’ was my weakness. Pilates has made me stronger and more balanced, therefore enabling me to enjoy sport and life more.
I completed Alan Herdman’s Body Conditioning & Remedial Exercise Teacher in 2011 and since then I have been teaching at Pilates on the Green in Wallingford.
I have also completed courses with Karen Clippinger, Madeline Black and Julian Littleford and am now working with Stephanie to further train in the Classical Pilates Method.
I am a mother of three and live on the outskirts of Oxford, prior to my Pilates training I worked in Marketing, I have a BEng from Nottingham University.
