To help  people to liberate themselves from the constraints of poor mobility, pain, suffering, low self esteem and find freedom in movement, breath, and life using the movement disciplines of Pilates & Yoga and Slings Myofascial Training®.


 To communicate clearly and generously the wealth of experience I have gained from over 25 years of study and practice of movement and use that information to empower the student. To make sure the student experiences and learns to use the full potential within themselves  and take the learning with them to their day to day.
